In the climate room where the normal atmosphere is provided and in the water culture, NaCl was added to the nutrient solution in order to provide a salt concentration of 25, 50, 75 mM before the salt was applied. Sampling was done on the 3rd, 6th and 9th days of the salt application. Later, salt application was stopped and the plants continued to develop in hogland solution, and plant samples were taken on the 7th and 14th days of the recovery process. Some biochemical analyzes of plants have been identified. As a result of the research, it can be said that the duration and concentration of the applied salt stress can recover in the second period of the recovery period in Short-term stress (3 days) and low salt concentration (25 mM). Plants kept the plant at a level to control the plant by limiting their growth to keep the metabolic activity under control at a salt concentration of 50 and 75 mM. As a result of biochemical analysis, it was determined that negative effects on plants decreased in the second period of the recovery process in all three periods of salt application.</p>}, number={2}, journal={ISPEC Journal of Agricultural Sciences}, author={Nurullah BAYRAM and Özlem ÜZAL}, year={2020}, month={Jun.}, pages={306–318} }
