Editorial Board Policy

Our journal's editorial board conducts its work within the framework of scientific publishing principles, academic impartiality, and publication ethics. The editorial board aims to improve the scientific quality of the journal and to ensure that publication processes are conducted in a transparent, fair, and ethical manner.

Composition of the Editorial Board

The editorial board consists of the Editor-in-Chief, Editor(s), Field Editors, and Editorial Board Members. Members are selected from among individuals with academic expertise and publication experience in their respective scientific fields. Appointments are made upon the recommendation of the Editor-in-Chief and the approval of the journal management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Editorial board members:

-Manage the scientific review process of articles,

-Identify suitable reviewers and oversee the peer review process,

-Contribute to publication decisions by considering reviewer reports,

-Ensure compliance with the journal's publication policies and ethical guidelines.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of scientific content and academic quality, regardless of the authors' identity, institution, title, or personal characteristics.

Ethical Principles and Conflicts of Interest

Editorial board members are obligated to withdraw from the review process in situations that may create a conflict of interest. Editors may not review their own work or the work of authors with whom they have a close academic relationship. All necessary measures will be taken against violations of publication ethics.

Privacy

Editorial board members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all information and documents used in the review process.
