I. Author Fees

a. ISPEC Journal of Agricultural Sciences does not charge a submission fee, editorial screening fee, or peer-review fee. The article processing charge is collected only after acceptance. From 1 January 2026, the APC is 7500 TRY / 220 USD. Payment has no influence on editorial assessment, peer review, or the acceptance decision.

b. Under a resolution of the IKSAD Institute Publication Board dated [2025/25], the Article Processing Charge (APC) from 01/01/2026 is 7500 TRY / 220 USD, payable only after acceptance. No submission or review fee is charged. A full APC waiver is available for corresponding authors from Research4Life Group A countries; a 50% APC discount is available for corresponding authors from Group B countries. Waiver requests must be sent to fee@ispecjournal.com after acceptance and before invoice issuance, and are handled independently from editorial decisions.

c. The fee requested from the articles sent to our journal for publication is not dependent on the Acceptance / Rejection condition. This condition is carried out by the decision numbered 2021.18.643 on Predatory/Shabby Journals taken at the Council of Higher Education session dated December 30, 2021, and numbered 2021.18.

d. The fee payment requirement applies to all authors. Payments are transparent and auditable, which applies equally to each author. The fee is calculated by the authors jointly (jointly) in equal proportions among themselves. Payment is made from the authorized author's account.

e. Those who work as field editors at least twice a year in our journal are given a 50% discount on the publication fee.

f. Publication fees are used for the secretariat, preparation for publication, and journal accreditation costs.

II. FEES FROM READERS and/or SUBSCRIPTION SYSTEMS

a. ISPEC Journal of Agricultural Sciences does not demand any fee from its readers.

b. Provisions requested by the ISPEC Journal of Agricultural Sciences, regarding libraries and special directories are reserved.

c. Article fee payments will be valid for articles uploaded to the system after 01/03/2020, for which the decision has been taken.
