Plagiarism Policy

The rules mentioned below are accepted by all authors who apply for articles.

-All submitted manuscripts must be accompanied by a similarity report generated using iThenticate (mandatory). Turnitin is accepted only as an alternative tool. Authors are primarily responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and for uploading the similarity report at the time of submission.

-The Editorial Office and Section Editors reserve the right to conduct similarity checks at any stage of the editorial and peer-review process using iThenticate (primary tool) or Turnitin (alternative). This process is independent of the similarity report provided by the authors.

Manuscripts are evaluated according to the following four-level similarity assessment system:

1. Below 15% → Automatically passes the initial screening (provided no ethical violations are detected)

2. 15%–25% → Revision is requested; authors must resubmit within 2 weeks with a revised similarity report

3. 25%–40% → Subject to detailed editorial and ethical review

4. Above 40% → Immediate rejection; the journal reserves the right to notify the author’s affiliated institution.

-In cases where revision is requested due to similarity concerns, authors must resubmit the corrected manuscript within 2 weeks along with an updated similarity report.

-The similarity rate from a single source must not exceed 4%. Cases exceeding this threshold are subject to editorial evaluation.

-Regardless of the overall similarity percentage, the following are considered serious ethical violations:

.Use of text, data, or ideas without proper citation

.Copying content in blocks or paragraphs without attribution

Such cases will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript.

All similarity reports are archived within the journal system and may be shared with relevant institutions if necessary. In cases of confirmed ethical violations:

-Authors may be banned from submitting to the journal for up to 1 year

-The journal may take further actions in accordance with institutional and international ethical standards

The journal reserves the right to take all necessary actions in cases of suspected plagiarism or ethical misconduct in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
